Policies, Procedures & Fee Information

At Civilized Wolf, we’re all about building trust and keeping things clear—both with our two-legged and four-legged clients. Our policies and procedures are in place to ensure every visit runs smoothly, safely, and with the same level of love and care you expect from us.

We value your time and ours, so we’ve created a structure that supports our team while providing the best experience possible for your pet. You'll find detailed information about appointment expectations, cancellation policies, late arrivals, and grooming requirements below.

Fee Structure:
Our pricing reflects the time, skill, and attention we give each pet. Final grooming costs are based on size, coat condition, temperament, and any specialty services requested. While we offer starting rates, we’re happy to give you a more personalized quote after we meet your pet. Retail items are priced to reflect their quality, sustainability, and health-forward ingredients—carefully curated just like our grooming services.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
Life happens—we totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to help us cover our team’s time. Repeat offenses may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments.

Arrival & Pick-Up:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. We’ll always text you when your pet is ready for pick-up to keep things easy and efficient.

Wellness & Safety:
We reserve the right to decline service if a pet shows signs of illness or if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or our team. Our goal is always safety first—without exception.
