GROOMING.
We are excited to announce our grooming salon is now open! Please fill out the form below and let us know more about your furry family members! One of our amazing staff will follow up with you about the next steps, including booking, quotes and any other questions you may have!
Policies.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time and no call/no shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of your previous price or quoted price. After two late cancellations or no-shows, full prepayment for grooming services is required for booking.
We understand that things come up from time to time but appointments are our livelihood and difficult to book last minute. Kindly give us at least 48 hours notice to try to fill your time slot.
Express Grooming Option:
Best suited for senior dogs, aggressive or high-anxiety pets, Express Grooming clients will be groomed straight through, with no interruptions. Please state during scheduling if you would like this service. $15 fee.
Late Policy:
Since we are an appointment-based service, we have allotted a certain amount of time for your pet, and all the other pets that have appointments after you.
Grooms will be accepted until 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time. After fifteen minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and the owner will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
